Overnight Shipping to USA:

1-2 business days. Ovenight and 2 day shipping options with pricing is calculated at checkout based on zip code. Please reach out to us if you have any doubts about when your order will be delivered. We will deinfiftley do our best to assist. Ultimately, it is in the hands of the carrier. We are happy to guide you on the correct shipping method if you need your order quickly!

Returns

How do I place a return?

Drop us a note at hello@anibucco.com with your order number and the products you would like to return and we will get back to you within 1 business day.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns on some unopened and unused items within 30 days of purchase. Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Upon inspection, if the product looks used or the original packaging is broken, the refund will be voided.

ALL STRAWS & CUPS: 

All straws and cups are final sale.

BALLOONS:

Must be unopened and in their original packaging.

WEARABLES:

All hair clips, sashes, sunglasses, veils and tattoos are final sale.

BACKDROPS:

Must be unopened and in their original packaging.

CONFETTI:

Must be unopened and in their original packaging.

CUSTOM ORDERS:

All custom orders/modifications are final sale.

How long does it take to process my return?

Once your return package is received, it will be inspected and processed within 10-14 business days. 

A credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment and you will be notified with a refund confirmation email. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable. Please use a trackable shipping service or purchase shipping insurance for all return packages. We are not able to guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
